Impact
Join Ennova Impact’s Innovation Department and dive into the exciting world of merging innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability – a recipe for the future of business. As an Impact Associate, you’ll help organize events that blend business and community efforts, encouraging students to think green on their entrepreneurial journey. Starting with event coordination, you’ll grow into handling more important tasks, all aimed at making these events a hit, boosting participant growth, and shining a spotlight on the department’s progress and impact.
Ventures
As a Ventures Associate at ENNOVA, you’ll have the opportunity to play a critical role in one of the following three initiatives:
⁍ IdeaUp Challenge – Accelerating Startups: You will be a central part of organizing Barcelona’s largest student-led startup accelerator program. Within a 5-month timeframe, you will support and guide 12 teams in turning their innovative ideas into startups. This involves planning workshops, negotiating partnerships, and managing various tasks.
⁍ Ennova Talent Internship Programme – Connecting Futures: Your responsibilities include connecting students with startups, negotiating with companies to secure internship opportunities, and building relationships with startup founders. This program aims to enhance the growth opportunities for both students and emerging businesses.
⁍ Case Cracking Competition – Shaping Solutions: You will be at the helm of an event that challenges participants to tackle real, complex business cases faced by startups. Participants will analyze, strategize, and propose innovative solutions within a set timeframe. Your duties include contacting startups, judges, and other key partners, providing a valuable opportunity to gain consulting experience.
Communications
Are you a photography enthusiast with a flair for social media? ENNOVA’s Communications Department is looking for a Photographer to enhance our event imagery, and social media skills are a big plus. We’re also on the hunt for a TikTok & Instagram Reels Expert to boost ENNOVA’s presence and engagement. Join us in leveraging these tools to increase ENNOVA’s awareness and make our voice resonate across the digital world!
Digital
Join ENNOVA’s Digital department, where you’ll change and integrate updates to our website, making it a true reflection of our mission. Your role will also involve engagement trafficking to enhance user interaction, close collaboration with our Communications team, and the design and integration of fresh ideas into the website. If you’re a tech-savvy individual eager to contribute to shaping ENNOVA’s online presence, we’re looking for you!
Innovation
As an Innovation Associate, you will take the reins in orchestrating groundbreaking entrepreneurial events like the VC Summit and the prestigious Female Founders Nights, pivotal within Esade’s landscape. Your role within the Innovation department extends to a direct involvement in Barcelona’s vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem, where you’ll curate and cultivate networks at events such as Sound Wave (music), Innovator’s Club, Hackathons, and the Innovation Lab (Podcast), crafting an impactful imprint on the dynamic landscape of innovation.
Sports
Collaborate and brainstorm with a tightly-knit team of students, working to design, plan and execute a series of Sports-Business-related events throughout the year. Focus on long-term development and improvement of the team, with a growth-oriented attitude.
Human Resources
As a member of ENNOVA’s HR department, your role will be rich and multifaceted. You’ll be essential in understanding the organization’s unique needs by communicating with department heads and subheads. You’ll also assist in the recruitment process, helping departments schedule interviews, review CVs, and identifying future Ennovators. Your creativity will come to the fore in proposing and organizing team-building events to foster a positive culture, and your networking skills will be leveraged to cultivate relationships both inside and outside ENNOVA. By joining our dynamic, growth-focused team, you’ll contribute to shaping the organization and enriching your professional journey.
Finance & Partnerships
As a finance associate, your main focus will be on managing the financials of an association by working on the budget planning for events and team building. You will also support Partnerships to find partners for the association to create better events. In this role, you will learn budgeting in a big organization, negotiation with many different stakeholders finding common ground and persuasion.
Consulting
Are you curious about the consulting world and eager to put your skills into action? Come join our Consulting department! You’ll have the chance to work directly with companies outside of ESADE and get real hands-on experience. Don’t worry if you’re new to consulting; we’re here to teach you everything we know. Together, we’ll help you grow, succeed, and become a fantastic consultant. It’s about learning, teamwork, and having a great time along the way!
