As a Ventures associate, you’ll have the opportunity to play a critical role in one of the following events:
⁍ IdeaUp Challenge: Organizing Barcelona’s largest student-led startup accelerator program. Within a 5-month timeframe, you will support and guide 12 teams in turning their innovative ideas into startups. This involves planning workshops, negotiating partnerships, and managing various tasks.
⁍ Talent Internship Programme: Your responsibilities include connecting students with startups, negotiating with companies to secure internship opportunities, and building relationships with startup founders. This program aims to enhance the growth opportunities for both students and emerging businesses.
⁍ Case Cracking Competition: You will be at the helm of an event that challenges participants to tackle real, complex business cases faced by startups. Participants will analyze, strategize, and propose innovative solutions within a set timeframe. Your duties include contacting startups, judges, and other key partners, providing a valuable opportunity to gain consulting experience.
As an Innovation Associate, you will take the reins in orchestrating groundbreaking entrepreneurial events. Being part of the biggest department in Ennova you will have the power to choose the events you want to lead and serve as crucial help within the connection of Esade’s student body with Barcelona’s vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Your role within the Innovation department extends to a direct involvement in the organization of innovative events where you’ll curate and cultivate amazing networks, like the VC Summit, the prestigious Female Founders Nights, Sound Wave (music), the Innovation lab (podcast), and many more to come, crafting an impactful imprint on the dynamic landscape of innovation.

As an Impact Associate, you’ll help organize events that blend business and community efforts, encouraging students to think green on their entrepreneurial journey. Starting with event coordination, you’ll grow into handling more important tasks, all aimed at making these events a hit, boosting participant growth, and shining a spotlight on the department’s progress and impact.
Are you interested in the sports-business world? As a sports associate, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a tightly-knit team of students to organize a series of sports-business events throughout the year.
Engage in projects with industry professionals, fostering long-term growth and collaboration. You will also have the chance to host your own episode of the Behind the Game podcast with a sector specialist.
Are you curious about the consulting world and eager to put your skills into action? Come join our Consulting department! You’ll have the chance to work directly with companies and get real hands-on experience.

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll be the creative force behind Ennova’s brand and voice. In this role, you’ll not only launch campaigns that get people talking but also create content that entertains, inspires, and provides real value. You’ll work closely with other departments throughout the year, making sure their hard work gets the spotlight it deserves.
We’re all about pushing boundaries in Marketing. You’ll experiment with different tools, test out bold strategies, and break the rules to see what works best. This experience will help you grow into a versatile entrepreneur with a solid mix of creative and analytical skills, ready for any challenge.
P.S. We’re also looking for a talented photographer who’s excited to go beyond taking conventional photos. You’ll have full artistic freedom to create captivating visuals that tell a story and bring your vision to life.
Join ENNOVA’s Digital department, where you’ll change and integrate updates to our website, making it a true reflection of our mission. Your role will also involve engagement trafficking to enhance user interaction, close collaboration with our Marketing team, and the design and integration of fresh ideas into the website.
We also have a new project Ennova Data going on, where our goal is to create a database that stores all the data from the events organized by the association and the marketing related to them. It is the perfect opportunity for you to learn more about database management and the use of Excel!

The Finance and Partnership Department is the perfect place for those interested in helping manage the association’s finances while developing negotiation and persuasion skills with real partners.
As a Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in monitoring our expenses and revenues, and contribute to designing the budgets that bring our events to life. Partnerships associates get to identify new partners and negotiate with different stakeholders, along with working to keep our current partners excited and engaged.
This is your chance to gain real-world experience, developing both your intellect and your social skills!
As a member of ENNOVA’s HR department, your role will be rich and multifaceted. You’ll be essential in understanding the organization’s unique needs by communicating with department heads and subheads. You’ll also assist in the recruitment process, helping departments schedule interviews, review CVs, and identifying future Ennovators.
Your creativity will come to the fore in proposing and organizing team-building events to foster a positive culture, and your networking skills will be leveraged to cultivate relationships both inside and outside ENNOVA.
